Russel Brand the British comedian and actor began his journey with meditation in 2009 he is a very self-aware person and is devoted to meditation. He is very advanced in the art of meditation and conducts sessions in a yoga studio in Hollywood. “I’m quite an erratic thinker, quite an adrenalized person,” Brand has explained. “But after meditation, I feel this beautiful serenity and selfless connection. My tendency towards selfishness—I felt that exposed as a superficial and pointless perspective to have.”
Jerry Seinfeld
Jerry Seinfeld this stand-up comedian was responsible for being the executive producer, writer, editor, director, and actor in the famous Seinfeld series. He says that meditation is how he managed his extremely busy and intense days. Jerry says, “Transcendental Meditation is a charger for your body and mind.” Jerry says that he and his wife have been meditating for over 25 years.
Trevor Noah
Trevor Noah host of the Daily Show says that he meditates every morning before the day begins to center his mind and keep focused on his goals. He says he uses meditation to consider what he is doing and how he could do it better.
