Your central nervous system releases harmful chemicals into your blood stream whenever you are upset, worried, or stressed out. This is called “Fight or Flight” and it is a mechanism in the human body to help us escape a dangerous situation.

The human body requires daily restorative experiences like meditation to function at it should. Taking time for yourself each week to meditate is beneficial in so many ways. It’s a chance to clear your mind, breathe deeply and get back to your center.
The benefits of meditation are immeasurable. This can provide us with a way to get back in touch with our core. We can release the things that are troubling us and experience joy once again.
